Orders
Customers are responsible for providing accurate contact, order, and delivery information.
Orders are normally processed within 3 business days after order confirmation.
Estimated delivery is normally 7–10 business days after dispatch.
Product Information
We aim to provide accurate product descriptions, images, dimensions, colors, materials, and other relevant information.
Minor differences may occur because of screen settings, photography, manufacturing tolerances, or natural material variation.
These variations do not remove customer rights where a product is materially different from its published description.
Returns and Refunds
Eligible products may be returned within 30 calendar days after delivery, subject to the Return Policy.
Approved refunds are processed within 10 business days after the returned product has been received and inspected.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Products
Customers should contact us if a product arrives damaged, defective, incorrect, or materially different from its description.
Where the issue is confirmed, an appropriate replacement, refund, or return solution will be provided without additional return cost to the customer.
Cancellation

Approved pre-fulfillment cancellations do not incur a cancellation fee.
