Our assortment may include planters, plant stands, propagation accessories, plant-support sets, gardening aprons, kneeling pads, decorative pot covers, patio cushions, outdoor throws, and garden table textiles.
Are live plants included?
No, unless a product page specifically states that a live plant is included. Greenery shown in lifestyle photography may be used only to demonstrate scale and styling.
Can every product be used outdoors?
Not necessarily. Outdoor suitability depends on the product material and construction. Please review the individual product description and care instructions before placing an item outdoors.
Will colors look exactly the same in person?
We work to display colors accurately. However, screen settings, natural materials, lighting, dye lots, and production batches may create minor differences. These variations are not normally considered defects.
Can I update or cancel an order?
Contact us promptly with the order number and requested change. We will try to assist, but an order that has already entered preparation or carrier handling may not be changed or canceled.
How should garden textiles be maintained?
Follow the care label supplied with the item. In general, remove loose soil before cleaning, avoid harsh treatments unless permitted, and allow outdoor textiles to dry completely before storage.
What should I do if my package arrives damaged?
Keep the packaging and contact us with clear photographs of the item, outer package, shipping label, and affected area. We will review the information and provide an appropriate resolution.
