🌱 Condition of the Item
Where reasonably possible, returned products should include the relevant parts, accessories, documentation, and original packaging associated with the item.
🔍 Incorrect or Damaged Products
If an item arrives damaged, materially different from the ordered item, or missing an expected component, contact us with the relevant order information. Supporting images may be requested.
🧤 Gardening Product Considerations
