30-Day Return Window
Eligible products may be returned within 30 calendar days after delivery.
For preference-based returns, the product should normally be unused, undamaged, and kept in its original condition with original packaging where reasonably possible.
How to Request a Return
Contact service@clevoriad.com and provide:
- Your order number
- The product you wish to return
- The reason for the return
- Photos or videos where relevant
Please do not send returns to our business registration address unless specifically instructed to do so.
Once your return request is approved, customer support will provide the appropriate return warehouse address and return instructions.
Return Shipping Costs
For preference-based returns, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
If a product arrives damaged, defective, incorrect, or materially different from its product description, we will provide an appropriate replacement, refund, or return solution without additional return cost to the customer when the issue is confirmed.
Refund Timing
Returned products may be inspected after arrival.
Approved refunds are processed through the original transaction method within 10 business days after the returned product has been received and inspected.
Cancellation
Cancellation requests are accepted only before fulfillment begins.
If cancellation is approved before fulfillment begins, no cancellation fee is charged.
After dispatch, the standard return process applies.
