Available delivery options may vary according to destination, product size, warehouse availability, and carrier coverage. Some orders containing several items may arrive in separate packages. When available, tracking information is sent after the carrier accepts the shipment.
Delivery estimates displayed during checkout or by a carrier are provided as guidance rather than guaranteed arrival dates. Weather, customs review, regional restrictions, seasonal volume, address problems, transportation disruptions, and other circumstances outside our direct control may affect delivery.
Customers are responsible for entering a complete and accurate delivery address. We cannot guarantee recovery or replacement when a package is delivered according to the address submitted with the order. Contact us immediately after noticing an address error.

A carrier marking a package as delivered does not always confirm where it was placed. Please check entrances, parcel lockers, household members, building staff, and nearby safe locations before reporting a missing package.
