When contacting us about an existing order, please include the order number and the email address used at checkout. For damaged, incorrect, or incomplete deliveries, photographs of the product, packaging, and shipping label may help us review the matter more efficiently.
Address-change requests should be submitted as soon as possible. Once an order has entered fulfillment or has been transferred to a carrier, changes may no longer be possible.
